2024 will be an Epic year for the museum. After a short refurbishment, our newest exhibit “Dukes Dream - Surfing's Road to the Olympics' opened March 1st. The exhibit covers the history and efforts of swimming gold medalist Duke Kahanamoku as well as ISA President Fernando Aguirre to convince the IOC that Surfing was worthy of Olympic status.
