Libraries and museums are indispensable repositories of knowledge, culture, and history, each with its unique assets and strengths. However, they often operate independently, missing out on the opportunity to combine resources for greater community impact. This proposal maps a strategic collaboration between the Library and Surfing Museum (HBISM) to leverage their complementary skills and assets, thereby enriching cultural and educational experiences.
